Welome to "Late Nights, Late Vibes"

I don't want to be your basic tech geek, only speaking about applications. I want to basically talk about everything. My niche is my mind. I like to speak what is on my mind. So I have this new blog, living with my parents...again, just praying that I can build a career in the way I want to. I tried normal "9-5's", I didn't enjoy it. It was mentally exhausting. I had a good thing going there for a while, then just as quickly as it was good it also went bad.

I was building HabitHive, realized I couldn't find an actual market because the market is so saturated with chore-chart application...as is every other market I have looked into, haha. What I have found out though is someone can make a really great product, but marketing is where it hits. I've talked to a few founders like myself, some who have sold various companies and some who are struggling like myself to find an ICP. They have all said what I have been feeling, this life can suck. The uncertainty is what keeps them going. I found out most founders start out because they are lost, they need a purpose. They got tired, got really low, getting rich was the only way out. That's pretty sad.

Men make up 85%-90% of the SaaS Industry as a whole. 72% of that 85% suffer with mental health issues, the pressure is too much. I'm feeling that way right now. I am low, GradePoint is the only thing I have left. I lost my girlfriend, struggled to find a place to live and stay afloat, I even at one point tried to take my own life because I just felt so alone. I soon started to do some deep digging into my mind, why did I feel this way? GradePoint is getting some views, it seems like it was all coming together. In reality I just didn't see that as a win. I saw it as more pressure. I have a half-built MVP, I didn't know if it would work. Founders and others are starting to see that there is a real demand and I might be sitting on a gold-mine if it is done correctly. It didn't make me feel better, it actually made me feel worse.

I don't want to be your average "tech bro" and sell you lies. The industry sucks, I struggle with mental health. I'm taking steps to improve that. I'm still building the GradePoint Platform. I want this blog to focus on real-world problems, not some fake tech source that will tell you everything to mess you up. I want to build something I can look back on, to spend my life laughing at the nights of: 3 hour sleeps, coffee, and nicotine. I don't want to get rich for myself, I want to build wealth to take care of the people I love. To me that means everything...
